LivingYoga Teacher Training. In this Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour program, you’ll expand your knowledge and skills to the highest level…teaching others. With a unique 4-hour weekly format, Sundays 4-8pm, you can immerse yourself in Yoga Teacher Training while still maintaining a full work/home life balance.
With 30 million people in America now practicing yoga, the need for yoga teachers has never been greater. In living rooms, schools, hospitals, community centers, prisons, parks, resorts and churches, people are finding yoga practice supports a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Your lead teachers:
Claudia Simpson, E-RYT500, C-IAYT. Certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Kripalu Yoga, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and Cardiac Yoga. She pioneered the integration of yoga into hospital settings in Baltimore, MD and has led yoga teacher trainings since 2004.
Sheetal Contractor, RYT 500, PA LMT has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has taught anatomy for yoga and yoga philosophy for various yoga teacher training programs. She specializes in yoga based Wellness Coaching for individuals and groups.
