* Sanskrit is the sacred language of the yogic tradition.   The terms "om" and "namaste" are frequently used in yoga classes.   Om is the seed sound of the universe...meaning oneness.   Namaste is a salutation, to be used upon greeting or departing.   It means, when I am in that place where I feel connected with the divine and you are in that place where you feel connected with the divine, then we are truly one.
